HIGHLIGHTS
• The location and orientation of the house was determined so as to capture the most appealing views without disrupting the original topography and existing trees.
• Combined structural system using a concrete structured frame and wood elevated decks
• The tall windows that open up completely to the deck, help out to make the most of this interaction with the outdoor space.
• Traditional roof shapes were discarded and long straight lines were projected to open up the views and protect the interiors from direct sun light.
